Members of our work party were around Long Eaton this Friday 4th October. First off we were trimming back the hedgerow along the towpath between Trent Lock and the railway Bridge.
After completing that work we moved along to West Park to cut back overhanging branches on the off-side of the canal. We are able to do this by using our work boat Pentland. This is a part of our winter maintenance activities.
